Example 2

Budget items use the raw rate

Budget item 95,000 KRW; 1 JPY = 9.5 KRW
Result
Budget conversion: 10,000 JPY.

Item conversions do not subtract the overall fee or reduce the displayed daily budget.

How it works

Received amount before fees = base amount / rate. Subtract that result × fee percentage, then divide by trip days. The swap button inverts the rate but leaves the entered amount unchanged.

Limitations

  • No live rates, spreads, minimum fees or card settlement rates are fetched.
  • Budget rows are separate comparisons, not deductions from remaining cash.
  • Limits: 1 trillion amount, 1 billion rate, 100% fee, 365 days and 100 budget rows.
  • Currency display rounding differs from the precision retained for the rate.
