The server renders with its installed fonts, which may differ from those on your device.
How it works
PDF-to-Word uses pdf2docx to reconstruct document structure. Word-to-PDF uses LibreOffice in a request-specific temporary directory. The service checks file type and size and rejects outputs larger than 100 MB.
Limitations
- Scanned PDFs are not OCRed into editable text.
- Complex tables, formulas, fonts and page layout can change.
- Layout and image recovery are automatic; there are no separate recovery settings.
Your data
The file is uploaded to the server and converted in a nonpublic temporary folder. The request cleans up temporary files; there is no permanent download history. A server failure may require cleanup. Use a local program for files you cannot upload.

Is conversion performed on my device?
No. This tool uploads the document for server conversion.
Does it recognize text in scanned PDFs?
No OCR is performed. Convert pages to images and use Image OCR when text recognition is needed.
Will the result look exactly the same?
No. Fonts, paragraph reconstruction and table layouts may differ, so review the downloaded file.
