Keyboard Chattering Test
Look for very short repeated presses while tapping individual keys slowly.

Tap one key slowly. Repeated presses within 30 ms are flagged as candidates by default.

Input is captured only in the test area. Esc, Tab or moving focus to another field or window ends the test. A computer with a physical keyboard is recommended.

Statistics use up to 1,000 recent samples. Input is processed in this tab and is not saved to a server or browser storage. A result file is created only when you choose to save it.
How to use and read the results
- Choose a threshold; start with 30 ms.
- Slowly press and release the suspected key at least 20 times.
- Review per-key candidates and intervals, then compare another connection or setup.
How it works
Compares consecutive presses of the same key against the threshold and records candidate counts and shortest intervals per key.
