World time zone and meeting planner

Compare local dates and time zones, then choose an international meeting time. Check 24 hourly candidates against each city’s working hours, account for clock changes, and export CSV results or a UTC calendar ICS file.

Free · no installationYour inputs are processed in this browser.

Input settings

Enter the local date and time in the base city, then add comparison cities. Compare one base city with up to six other cities.

A local time skipped by a clock change is rejected. For a repeated time, choose an occurrence above and check its UTC value.

Comparison cities and working hours

Set hours for each city. An end before the start means an overnight shift. Weekend exclusion follows the local date on which a shift starts. Public holidays are not included.

How to use

  1. Enter the base city’s local date and time, then add one to six comparison cities.
  2. Set working hours and weekday restrictions for each city.
  3. Choose the duration and calculate. If a local time repeats at a clock change, choose its earlier or later occurrence.
  4. Select a candidate and review each local start, end and UTC value.
  5. Copy the result or save CSV and ICS files. Downloading an ICS file does not send invitations or book a meeting.

Example

On 30 October 2026, 18:00 in Seoul is 09:00 in London, 05:00 in New York and 09:00 UTC. New York uses UTC−04:00 on that date. Choose the actual date because clock-change schedules differ between regions.

Method and limitations

Minute-resolution dates from 2000 to 2100 are supported. Calculations use IANA zones and your browser’s Intl data; old time-zone data or future law changes can differ from actual civil time. The table samples 24 hourly candidates from the input instant, not every possible minute. Every elapsed minute of the meeting must fit working hours, with the closing time excluded. Overnight shifts use the shift’s starting date for weekday checks. Public holidays, personal calendars, travel plans and actual attendance are not checked. ICS files store UTC instants and do not send invitations or make server bookings.

Frequently asked questions

How are skipped or repeated local times handled?

A skipped time is rejected. For repeated times, choose the earlier or later occurrence, or reject ambiguity. Review the selected UTC instant and offset.

Does zero available candidates mean a meeting is impossible?

No. It means none of the 24 hourly samples fits all working hours. Adjust the starting minute or hours, or choose an out-of-hours candidate manually.

Can I enter a shift from 22:00 to 06:00?

Yes. An end before the start means an overnight shift. With weekday restrictions enabled, the shift’s starting local date determines whether the whole shift is a working shift.

Does downloading ICS send invitations?

No. You may import it into your own calendar. The file stores the chosen start and end in UTC and lists local city times in the description; it does not contact participants.
