Roll one to six six-sided dice and generate a single result or repeated rounds. Compare individual faces, totals and the recorded rounds without assuming all sums are equally likely.

Two dice

There are six ordered pairs totaling 7, but only one totaling 2.
A short experiment

- One hundred recorded rounds and the latest face.
A finite sample will usually not contain equal counts of all six faces.
How it works
Each face uses a Web Crypto integer with rejection sampling for six possible values. Math.random() is the fallback when Web Crypto is unavailable and is also used for decorative motion.
Limitations
- Only d6 dice are supported, without custom sides or modifiers.
- A small sample cannot certify the randomness of a system.
- The current tab's history is lost on reload.
- Clear result retains history; clear history resets both history and the displayed result.

Are totals 2 through 12 equally likely?
No. Different totals have different numbers of two-die combinations.
Does the animation change the final face?
No. Decorative movement and the selected face are separate.
Does clearing the result delete the history?
No. Use the history-clear control to clear both.
