Multi-Job Salary Calculator Guide

What is this tool?

A calendar-based tool for tracking part-time, freelance, weekend, gig or platform work and estimating monthly take-home pay. It is useful when you have more than one income source and want to compare real hourly return by job.

Features

  • Manage up to four jobs with separate wages, colors and fee settings
  • Save multiple jobs on the same date for mixed schedules or double shifts
  • Estimate deductions, fees and optional weekly allowance references
  • Track monthly goal progress and effective hourly pay
  • Export monthly records as CSV and keep data in browser local storage

How to use it

  • Choose a job and enter its default wage and hours.
  • Set fees, allowance and monthly goal if needed.
  • Click worked dates to save records.
  • Review monthly totals and job efficiency.
Can I add multiple jobs on the same date?

Yes. Switch jobs and click the same date again to add another job record.

How is allowance estimated?

When one job reaches the weekly threshold set in the calculator, a reference allowance is added. Actual allowance rules differ by country, contract and employer, so treat it as an estimate.

Where is data stored?

Data is stored in this browser's local storage and is not synced across devices.

Important note

Actual pay can differ due to contracts, taxes, insurance, overtime rules, tips, exchange rates, platform fees or local labor regulations. Use the result as a planning reference, not a payroll statement.
