Part-Time Wage Calculator Guide

What is this tool?

A tool for tracking part-time or freelance work days and estimating monthly pay from hours, wage and deductions. It is useful for checking whether your personal work log matches expected pay.

Supported features

  • Safe select/edit calendar workflow to reduce accidental deletion
  • Monthly pay calculation by hours, hourly wage and deductions
  • Optional weekly allowance estimate when weekly hours meet the threshold
  • CSV download for the monthly work log and personal records
Does clicking a saved date delete it?

No. Clicking a saved date loads it for editing. Use the delete button to remove it.

How is weekly allowance estimated?

Work records are grouped by week. If weekly hours meet the threshold, the calculator adds an estimated allowance based on average hours and wage. Actual eligibility depends on local law and your contract.

Important note

This is an estimate. Actual pay can differ due to contracts, taxes, insurance, overtime, unpaid breaks, tips, allowance rules or local labor regulations.
