Remove repeated lines from names, addresses or keyword lists. Preserve first-occurrence order and choose how to treat whitespace and letter case.

How to use
- Enter or paste one item per line.
- Choose trimming, case-insensitive comparison and blank-line removal.
- Check retained and removed line counts, then copy the result.
Worked example
Three lines containing Apple, apple and Apple leave Apple and apple by default. Ignoring case keeps only the first Apple.
Method and limitations
The text is split into lines and compared using keys adjusted by your options. First occurrences stay in their original order. The removed count also includes blank lines removed by the selected option.
Text is limited to one million characters. Case comparison uses ordinary lowercase conversion, not every language-specific equivalence rule. It does not determine whether addresses refer to the same person or place.
Frequently asked questions
Can I paste multiple spreadsheet columns?
The entire line is compared. With tab-separated columns, all columns must match for the lines to match. Copy only the relevant column if you want to compare that column alone.
